Winners of The International Artistic Radio Forms Competition Grand PiK 2015

The First Prize in the competition GRAND PiK 2015, founded by the Marshall of Pomerania and Kuyavia Voivodship goes to Chichot Szatana (Satan’s Chuckle) by Żaneta Walentyn and Michał Słobodzian. The gross financial value of the first prize is PLN 15 000,00 (fifteen thousand PLN). The jury decided to give the prize PLN 7 500,00 to Żaneta Walentyn and PLN 7 500,00 to Michał Słobodzian.
The First Prize goes to Chichot Szatana (Satan’s chuckle). A thrilling investigative feature about secrets and lies in a salt mine in Poland. Both of the authors have created an outstanding work that poses questions about the responsibility of local authorities. Radio storytelling at its best.
The Special Prize in the competition GRAND PiK 2015, founded by the Mayor of Bydgoszcz, goes to Jedność (Unity) by Marta Rebzda. The gross financial value of the first prize is PLN 5 000,00 (five thousand PLN).
The Special Prize goes to Jedność (Unity) – A World War II story with a personal approach. This radio story is a road movie, where the resolve of the author brings a comforting ending to a tragic story.
The Special Prize in the competition GRAND PiK 2015, founded by the Mayor of Toruń, goes to Świat nie jest dobry na serce (The World Is No Good For Your Heart) by Maria Brzezińska and Grzegorz Tylec. The gross financial value of the first prize is PLN 5 000,00 (five thousand PLN). The jury decided to give the prize of PLN 4 000,00 to Maria Brzezińska and PLN 1 000,00 to Grzegorz Tylec.
The Special Prize goes to Świat nie jest dobry na serce (The World Is No Good For Your Heart) for an innovative and fresh way of presenting poetry in radio drama. The author of this program manages to translate poetry into a metaphorical reality show.
